Responsibilities
- Investigate a wide range of security incidents, including information and physical security policy violations
- Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and present legally compliant objective findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Assess potential internal threats to Google and its employees
- Evaluate identified risks and collaborate with relevant teams to implement strategies to mitigate potential harm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in investigations
- 6 years of experience leading security investigations involving threat mitigation, investigative interviewing, or risk analysis that impact end users across multiple regions
- 4 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and drawing solutions from data, as it relates security investigations, and reporting issues
- 6 years of experience directly conducting legally compliant security investigations regarding threats, risks, or other physical/information security issues in APAC
- Experience with formal investigative and interview training from a national or internationally recognized organization
- Knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements regarding corporate investigations across India
- Understanding of insider threat types and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
