Patient Services Supervisor position within Health Services at Washington Corrections Center in Shelton, WA. • Supervise Patient Services Representatives and Office Assistant 3
• Mentor, guide, and support staff
• Develop team goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with policies and deadlines
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Oversee clinic scheduling for medical, dental, and mental health services
• Manage data entry and reports
• Support operational processes for health services
• Maintain confidential documentation
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Complete documentation according to policy

• 3 years' experience in healthcare office setting
• 3 years' experience as a supervisor
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Advanced typing and computer skills
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments
