About the role
The primary role of this position is to support Claims Adjusters located in North America by completing various tasks as instructed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Claims Adjusters by executing tasks as directed
- Prepare, send, and print correspondences related to claims
- Request and obtain necessary reports and documentation
- Process payments related to claims
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence, reports, and payments
- Ensure the quality of work is achieved
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Stay informed about company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Pass all certification exams
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize work effectively
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality
- Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Tertiary Qualified or minimum of 2 years of experience in claims handling
- Claims Insurance background for at least 6 months
