About the role
The Enterprise Payments (EP) Debit Operations team is seeking a dynamic Process Manager to support the Debit monitoring and resiliency function. The team is part of the Retail Bank line of business and is tasked with developing oversight of end-to-end payments operations, risk management, and operational resiliency for Debit payment types.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of processes for end-to-end EP Debit payments monitoring and resiliency.
- Work with stakeholders to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on payment rail and business performance.
- Increase payment rail resiliency by mapping the payment ecosystem, identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions to appropriate stakeholders, and following through to ensure implementation.
- Help ensure that Debit payment issues and events are identified and documented appropriately, escalating major risks and events to senior management when necessary.
- Analyze reporting to identify themes and trends across the organization and support resiliency efforts.
- Work to establish automated controls and alerting to ensure operational readiness by enhancing current monitoring processes.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and help develop resolution strategies for Debit-related issues and events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry
- At least 3 years of experience in process or project management
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external business clients
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
