• Develop demand-based sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and input from Regions and EMEA Marketing teams
• Monitor inventory levels, identify gaps, and analyze contingency and burn-down plans to address fluctuations in demand
• Automate recurring reporting tasks using Power BI, Excel, prepare and review KPIs, analyze sales performance, and communicate insights to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flowcharts and user guides for automated tools

• University degree in Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Experience with Python, RPA tools, or SQL is a strong plus
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Previous internship or project experience in Demand, Finance or Data Science is a bonus
