About the role
Provides nursing care according to the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementing and evaluating.
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care according to the nursing process
- Administers medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Care provided is based on defined standards of patient care and nursing evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA) within 3 months of hire
