About the role
The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.
- Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Provides oversight, field coordination, and direction for the installation of all show systems, equipment, and components as designated by Project Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering, Project, or Industrial Management required or 4 years equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical and architectural drawings and technical documents.
