Travel ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU RN to join our team in Anchorage, AK. As a Travel ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assess and prioritize patients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

• ACLS, BLS certification
• Current RN licensure
• Current ICU experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• $1996 - $2215/week*
