Physical Therapist - School Setting

A small K-12 school located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide part-time services on a contract basis during the current school year (CSY).

• Assess and treat students with physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address functional mobility goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other healthcare staff to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on physical therapy techniques as needed

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy and school healthcare protocols
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
