Process Coordinator - Subpoena Fulfillment

A great opportunity exists for a detail-oriented, confident and highly organized professional to join Capital One’s Subpoena Fulfillment and Intake team

• Review and prepare responses to subpoenas and government agency requests for customer account information
• Interact with business lines to research account systems of record to compile requested information
• Evaluate account information received from all business lines to ensure completeness, quality, and accuracy consistent with subpoena requests

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace and Excel
