Corrections Specialist 3 – Full Time/Permanent

• Manage 128 ASAM Level 3.5 modality of care based on a Therapeutic Community Model
• Provides oversight to all program personnel including Substance Use Disorder Professionals and trainees
• Ensures assessment, treatment, continuing care, transfer, discharge planning, and other substance use treatment components
• Administers the design and oversees the implementation and application of quality assurance measures
• Provides training to facility staff and Correctional Officers on specifics of therapeutic communities and program methods

• State Certification as a Substance Use Disorder Professional
• Meets WAC Chapter 246-811 for approved substance use disorder professional supervisor
• Possess exemplary competence in addiction counseling competencies
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Washington State databases
