Clinic RN Supervisor

The Clinic RN Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for our family medicine clinic's clinical services, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff
• Mentor and grow clinical staff
• Collaborate and communicate with providers and patients
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical RN experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or charge experience
