Software Engineer II - Enterprise AI for Operations (AWS, Python)

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for AI-powered applications and automation solutions
• Partner with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and develop solutions using large language models, agentic workflows, and modern cloud services (AWS/Azure)
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices
• Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation across the team
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies

• 4+ years of software development experience with demonstrated progression in technical complexity
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
• Experience with modern data stores (MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases)
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other developers
