About the role
The Personal Insurance Data Technology team is looking for an experienced data professional to modernize our data engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Modernize data design practices across analytical and transactional systems
- Lead change management to advance adoption of AI accelerators
- Implement and develop analytic data products
- Recommend data strategies to support various consumption patterns
- Oversee the operationalizing and automating of all capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field or equivalent
- Twelve or more years of related work experience
- Six or more years of team leadership experience
- Industry level expertise of capabilities and direction of technology
