Assistant Manager Ramp - SAN

The Assistant Manager Ramp monitors staffing, ensures Safety and compliance procedures are followed, and verifies that quality work is done in the Ramp, Operations, and Air Freight areas.

• Actively coordinate with all departments to maintain the station's on-time performance
• Drive performance processes by setting goals and objectives, monitoring results against key metrics, and holding responsible parties accountable for results

• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote the effective local, state, or national security operations

• Fly for free on any open seat on all Southwest flights
