About the role
This position is required to grow top line sales at assigned Lowes stores within geographic territory through implementing sales/marketing programs, training activities, service and merchandising responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and other district managers
- Conduct contractor events to promote products and to increase sales
- Prepare Annual Grow Plan (AGP) for assigned stores in territory that meet or exceed sales & profit goals
Requirements
- 1+ year previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or other Business related field
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule. This includes evenings and weekends with up to 9 Saturday’s per year
