Correctional Records Technician Lead (CRT - Lead)

The Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and organized individual to join the Airway Heights Corrections Center Records team as the Correctional Records Technician Lead

• Mentoring and providing leadership to correctional records technicians
• Assisting in leading a correctional records office to ensure compliance with laws and agency policy
• Reviewing and verifying incarcerated and supervised individuals' sentence structures and release dates
• Maintaining electronic and physical files
• Providing effective communication and thorough and timely processing of requests

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, the public, and/or criminal justice agencies
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems under highly stressful or adverse situations
