• Troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues
• Create and maintain documentation on technologies supported
• Convey SOPs to junior staff
• Act as an escalation point for junior technicians

• Associate’s degree or higher in IT-related field, applicable certifications, and equivalent professional or military experience
• 2+ year of Computer Hardware experience and 2+ year of experience with technical troubleshooting and remediation
