Responsible for assisting in performing specific duties and activities of daily living under the supervision of a professional nurse. This position provides care to age-specific groups as identified in the position responsibilities.

• High School Grad or Equiv
• 1 applicable PCT experience
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) [Required] OR Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant
