Staff Pharmacist

A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to support retail/community pharmacy operations in Cisco, UT. This role requires a licensed pharmacist ready to engage in comprehensive pharmacy services, including medication dispensing, patient care, inventory management, and community outreach.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Manage medication inventory, conduct audits, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize stock levels
• Administer prescriptions accurately, perform medication reviews, and maintain patient records securely
• Provide immunizations and personalized patient consultations regarding medication use and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapy and patient outcomes
• Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and students as appropriate
• Represent the pharmacy in community engagement and educational events

• Graduate from an accredited pharmacy school
• Current, full, and unrestricted pharmacist license in Utah, including controlled substance dispensing rights
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Self-motivated and capable of independent and team-based work
• Willingness to understand financial aspects of pharmacy operations
