Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Join us as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor in our Livingston contact centre earning £25,120 per annum with incentives on top – you can earn an extra £4,900 on average by achieving targets.

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription.
• Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package.
• Work in a target-based environment
• Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun with varied set shift patterns available.
