About the role
The Personalized Medicine Scientist will serve as the primary scientific resource enabling SCRI’s Personalized Medicine program
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, and help facilitate Molecular Tumor Boards and molecular education seminars
- Analyze patient molecular profiles to identify potential targeted therapies, clinical trials, or contraindications
- Interact independently with medical oncologists, research staff, and care teams to assist in interpreting molecular profiling results
Requirements
- Master's Degree required, PhD preferred
- 1+ year work experience and a working understanding of cell biology and cell signaling pathways
- Must have a working knowledge of oncology-specific therapeutics and mechanisms of action
