Technical Program Manager, Edge Network Operations

• Lead and drive ambiguous, and technical programs within the Edge Network Operations (ENO) team
• Lead, scope, shape, and manage programs, co-developing program strategies, goals, priorities, and success metrics
• Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, establish milestones, timeframe, and engineering resourcing needs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a changing industry
• Experience working in a network operations or design, Network SRE, or environment and with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking products and infrastructure

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop technical analysis, tools, and processes
• Ability to succeed in ambiguity and break down problems into actionable plans
