School Speech and Language Pathologist

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to support students at an elementary school in Seguin, TX, for the current school year on a contract basis. This role involves working directly with children to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges within the school setting.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders among elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to the school environment.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working as an SLP in a school setting, preferably elementary education.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain organized records.
• Current licensure and compliance with state education requirements.
