Food Warehouse Person

Take on the essential role of Food Warehouse Person, where you’ll thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment supporting the culinary operations of Universal Studios Theme Park and CityWalk.

• Receive orders, pick product, and assemble orders for venues. Verify orders for accuracy.
• Deliver and offload orders at correct venues via trucks, carts, or hand carts.
• Pick product off pallets or carts, verify order for accuracy, and rotate stock into venue.
• Pick up pallets, empty carts, racks, and totes and return them to the warehouse.
• Receive product at warehouse, verify Purchase Order, put away product, rotate stock, and replenish stocking locations.
• Count inventory as directed.
• Operate forklift and other motorized industrial equipment, complete daily vehicle inspections, and file appropriate forms and paperwork.
• Clean and maintain work area and all equipment in a neat and orderly manner
• Follows all applicable food safety requirements.
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner.
• Seeks to provide assistance to guests.
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Forklift Operators certification preferred but not required
• Food Handler certificate preferred but not required
