Senior Staff Network Engineering Manager, Planning and Design

• Manage team of Network Planner, Network Engineers and Network Designers
• Foster team empowerment, well-being, and development through coaching, feedback, and career conversations
• Establish direction, strategy, and goals for the team, aligned with partners and stakeholders
• Drive execution, mitigate risks, develop contingencies etc.
• Responsible for managing planning queues, running simulations, publishing plans
• Drive cross-functional alignment across various disciplines for plan publications
• Drive requirements and automation for Plan Publication and verification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers
• 3 years of experience managing and building teams
• Experience with planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.)
