Employee Relations Partner (English, Korean)

As a Regional APAC Employee Relations Partner, you will rely on your expertise of employment laws and best practices to interpret and apply Google policies to address all workplace concerns across APAC

• Investigate and resolve workplace concerns
• Advise Partner teams on local investigation processes
• Conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations
• Ensure fair treatment of all Googlers
• Review and advise on decision making and local processes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar role
• Experience in applying ER/Employment Legal advice across multiple APAC countries
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently
