Managing Director - Recruiting

The Managing Director - Recruiting is responsible for managing a team of associates within their respective division and is also responsible for making marketing calls to existing and prospective clinician candidates within their assigned territory.

• Recruitment
• Sources, generates, and prospects candidates by making telephone calls to clinicians
• Qualifies and matches clinicians to current open orders based on their availability and skills
• Ensures the integrity and accuracy of information entered in the company database
• Conducts “two bite” check-ins with clinicians to ensure the assignment is to their satisfaction

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven track record of gaining new business and managing accounts required
• 8+ years of sales or recruiting experience required
• Prior experience leading teams required
