About the role
The Managing Director - Recruiting is responsible for managing a team of associates within their respective division and is also responsible for making marketing calls to existing and prospective clinician candidates within their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Sources, generates, and prospects candidates by making telephone calls to clinicians
- Qualifies and matches clinicians to current open orders based on their availability and skills
- Ensures the integrity and accuracy of information entered in the company database
- Conducts “two bite” check-ins with clinicians to ensure the assignment is to their satisfaction
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of gaining new business and managing accounts required
- 8+ years of sales or recruiting experience required
- Prior experience leading teams required
