Onsite Training Manager

• Oversee a team of experts in athenaOne products and services
• Support clients during their implementation period
• Provide best-in-class onsite support to clients
• Support largest customer go-lives to ensure strong training strategy
• Guide client leadership to achieve optimal adoption of athenahealth products and services

• 8+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or professional services
• People management experience
• Experience in a client-focused, fast-paced environment
• Project management expertise
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle and/or exposure to EHR/EMR in a sales, service, or implementation capacity
• Experience or expertise with applications including MS Office Suite and major web browsers
