Head of Nursing Informatics and Technology (CNIO)

The Head of Nursing Informatics and Technology (CNIO) will serve as Ascension's senior executive leader at the intersection of Nursing practice, Nursing Experience, and the many forms of technology and data to advance Ascension's core objectives.

• Facilitate delivery of technology solutions
• Understand and influence ministry market strategies
• Create and improve key performance metrics
• Evaluate program performance
• Collaborate with product strategy and business management functions
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 7 years of experience required
• 10 years of experience preferred
