The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics and Reporting professional to serve as the agency’s subject matter expert

• Develop standard and customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Translate complex HRMS data
• Lead agency-wide data audits
• Serve as a Data Steward
• Manage HRMS security and user access
• Provide system training

• Five years' experience directly interfacing with HRMS, including Data Analytics and Reporting
