About the role
A skilled Stepdown Registered Nurse is needed for an acute care role focusing on comprehensive patient care delivery, assessment, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assess, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care in an acute stepdown setting
- Provide direct patient care and educate patients and families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans addressing psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
Requirements
- Current California RN licensure
- BLS certification (AHA)
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a stepdown nursing environment
