• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote holistic student development.

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an elementary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse student needs.
