About the role
Premium Audit Processing Technician
Responsibilities
- Process audits for all lines of business, Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Excess.
- Manage assigned inventory by processing audits timely for first time and revisions as they are received from field audit regions.
- Analyze policies and audit worksheets to ensure completion of an accurate audit advice in addition to applying manual/bureau rules and processing procedures.
- Responsible for application of all presented training materials.
- Interact with internal/external business partners effectively.
- Manage assigned inventory to meet/prioritize/ maintain production and time service goals.
Requirements
- Some college preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not necessary.
- At least one year or more of professional work experience.
- Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel, Word and Power point
- Learning Agility – willingness to learn from experiences and new situations.
- Problem Solving – identify problems and solutions matched to the appropriate resources.
- Attention to Detail – demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/multi-task.
