Special Ed Teacher

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver instruction in compliance with Texas State Special Education standards
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and document student progress through ongoing assessments and reporting
• Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment for all students

• Active Texas Special Education EC-12 Teaching License
• Proven experience working in special education, preferably at the elementary level
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute individualized instructional strategies
