Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments with a focus on orthopedic and postoperative patient care. Administer and manage IV medications, including drips such as Lasix and heparin, as well as IV push medications like metoprolol and diltiazem. Provide wound care, including drain and vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) management. Manage enteral feeding tubes (NGT/G tube) and parenteral nutrition. Handle central line care, including PICC, hemodialysis catheters, and midlines. Care for various catheter types: Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic. Participate in patient experience initiatives, including multidisciplinary rounds to promote care excellence.

• Provide wound care, including drain and vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) management.
• Manage enteral feeding tubes (NGT/G tube) and parenteral nutrition.
• Handle central line care, including PICC, hemodialysis catheters, and midlines.
• Care for various catheter types: Foley, nephrostomy, and suprapubic.
• Participate in patient experience initiatives, including multidisciplinary rounds to promote care excellence.

• Valid RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing.
• Skilled in assessing and managing complex patient conditions.
• Comfortable using clinical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, automated blood pressure machines, bladder scanners, remote telemetry monitors, and vein finders.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems (Altera/Allscripts Sunrise).
