About the role

The Art Director will be responsible for concept development, craftsmanship and final execution of creative work for the Global UXUI Experience Design team across Universal Destinations & Experiences marketing and product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with UXUI Experience Design team members, Business Segment Pod Leaders, Content Strategists and Copywriters to concept and execute effective creative concepts for digital platforms using the Global Design System as the foundational framework.
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions, presents rough conceptual wireframes and high-fidelity comps for all digital applications.
  • Creates experience/journey maps and is able to share in multiple forums.
  • Brings innovative, brand distinctive ideas to the table, responding proactively to design problems and challenges.
  • Leads by example, driving the end product to be outstanding and exemplary with the goal of pushing the UDX brand forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human Centered Interaction and/or Interaction Design combined with outstanding creative portfolio.
  • 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house agency, graphic design field, or marketing environment with a portfolio of relevant creative work.
