About the role
This position is responsible for the distribution of information to the public via phone or walk-ins; resolves problems and responds to inquiries; performs general accounting for the detachment office to include processing invoices for payment; tracks collision reports and impound logs for the detachments out of the Tukwila office; maintains inventory and orders supplies for the detachment office; provides administrative support to the detachment office and sergeants assigned there, enters and logs vehicle maintenance records for the Tukwila detachment office. This position also assists with issuing and tracking Brown Bear car wash transponders. Enters citations into the citation tracking system and retain paper copies as needed. This position is also manages the District 2 Master Schedule.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years clerical/office experience
