Sr. Customer Success Manager, B2B2C Consumer Markets

McKesson is seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Success to join our B2B2C team within Consumer Markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer relationships and will drive customer engagement to grow existing business and secure new opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Lead efforts to identify and close new business opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
• Prepare and present detailed business reviews to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance products and services.

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with executive-level experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail, Ecommerce, and/or distribution knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
