About the role

School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oroville, CA

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility is required.
  • California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP);
