Graphic/Multimedia Support, DPS

Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a highly creative Graphic/Multimedia designer to support internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, and digital media projects.

• Develop and design digital and print assets including presentations, infographics, posters, brochures, social media visuals, and email graphics.
• Create multimedia elements such as motion graphics, animations, video overlays, and interactive content for corporate communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts and messaging into engaging visual materials.
• Maintain consistency with DPS brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Assist in video production tasks, including storyboarding, editing, and basic post-production support.
• Support UI/UX initiatives related to dashboards and internal platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and multimedia work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
