About the role
This position will be responsible for supervising both Parkland-assigned and Tacoma-assigned Area Administrators and will support in all office manager duties for both offices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates multiple aspects of day-to-day facility operations
- Supervises office clerical support staff
- Manages personnel issues
- Evaluates staff
- Reviews, evaluates, and recommends improvements to office policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree involving major study in business administration or a closely allied field
- One year of supervisory experience involving responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating work in a business office
