About the role
Chubb is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President, Lost Time Workers' Compensation Claim Manager for our West Region in the Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of timely and effective claims service
- Train, mentor and develop staff
- Provide advanced technical guidance on claim investigation
- Utilize advanced analytics and metrics to manage team efficiently
- Actively participate in claim committees and project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in handling Workers' Compensation claims
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Certification to handle CA Workers Compensation claims required
- Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions and within compliance standards
