About the role

Chubb is currently seeking an Assistant Vice President, Lost Time Workers' Compensation Claim Manager for our West Region in the Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of timely and effective claims service
  • Train, mentor and develop staff
  • Provide advanced technical guidance on claim investigation
  • Utilize advanced analytics and metrics to manage team efficiently
  • Actively participate in claim committees and project teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in handling Workers' Compensation claims
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Certification to handle CA Workers Compensation claims required
  • Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions and within compliance standards
