Nursing Assistant Certified, Day Shift, Full-Time - Permanent, Washington Soldiers Home
Responsibilities
- Assist or supervise assigned residents with activities of daily living
 - Promote resident-centered care and ensure that Veterans are treated with dignity and respect
 - Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
 - Accurately obtain and record vital signs and other resident data
 - Observe, document, and report changes in resident's condition or behavior to the licensed practical nurse
 
Requirements
- Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified
 - Six (6) months of experience involving customer service in a healthcare setting or six (6) months of experience involving direct patient care
