About the role
Utilize specialty databases to abstract patient data from electronic medical records for the application of medical registries. Perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries while ensuring high levels of abstraction accuracy and ensure alignment with organizational quality standards. Compile data into reports for analysis by various departments and committees and act as liaison between clinical improvement teams to interpret standards and specifications. Maintain various quality databases including loading import files, generating and working data status reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and timeframes. Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
