• Assist residents with positioning, transferring and ambulation
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Respond to call lights, internal and external emergencies
• Record care, vital signs and observations
• Assist residents with personal clothing, belongings and equipment

• Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified
• Active status on Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) Registry
• Ability to perform data entry
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
