Manager and Senior Data Scientist (GenAI)

Manage portions of business or technical projects focused on the design or development of analytical solutions.

• Partner with BI engineering, architecture, enterprise teams, and BI business stakeholders, identify key agentic workflow opportunities across lines of businesses
• Design and build prototypes for new agentic workflow patterns and work with engineering teams on implementation
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitoring strategies to measure agentic workflow performance, quality, and business impact
• Extract common patterns from existing and proposed agentic workflow implementations to develop generic, reusable workflow templates

• Master’s in STEM related field or equivalent
• 5 years of related experience
• Advanced working knowledge of modeling/research/ analytics or actuarial required
• Strong grasp of value creation and business model concepts
• Advanced knowledge of multiple statistical software programs
• Ability to develop advanced models and interpret model results
• Application of advanced statistics underlying data models
• Ability to develop emerging statistical procedures to work
• Advanced knowledge in 2-3 of the following: Regression, Classification, Machine Vision, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning and Statistical modeling
