About the role

The Clinical Product Manager - Health will serve as a strategic leader guiding the end-to-end development of health products, in partnership with key cross-functional partners across Apple

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment on multi-year vision, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of both current and emerging technologies
  • Partner with clinicians, design, and engineering to define product requirements
  • Drive feature concept approvals across various stakeholders
  • Define success metrics and KPIs
  • Leverage performance metrics and user feedback to inform product strategy and feature prioritization
  • Monitor and provide briefings on emerging health tech opportunities, consumer insights, and product landscape
  • Consult on clinical validation, technical feasibility, and human factors studies, as well as regulatory pathways and submissions
  • Manage expectations of a diverse group of internal and external collaborators, negotiating trade-offs and quickly resolving conflicts
  • Regularly brief executives on portfolio health, product development progress, and key risks or blockers
  • Support pre and post-launch activities in collaboration with marketing and medical affairs teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, business or equivalent field
  • 10+ years of experience building digital consumer products, with at least 5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Consistent track record of defining successful feature concepts and driving product development from concept to launch
  • A keen eye for building user experiences that are delightful while delivering impact
  • Takes initiative, exhibits a high level of accountability, and makes sound decisions under uncertainty
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels
  • A polished communicator with strong executive presence
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the willingness and ability to flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution throughout the day
