Customer Success Account Management – Intern Opportunities
Responsibilities
- Engage with key customer stakeholders, align internal resources to customer needs, and build strong internal relationships
- Learn engagement models, support strong customer and technical relationships, and manage customer accounts with a focus on understanding business goals and roadmaps
- Listen to customers, align objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio, participate in account planning, and help design and deliver programs of work to meet customer goals
- Support program planning, prioritize and review customer engagements, apply Microsoft delivery tools, and help resolve blockers to ensure ongoing customer success
- Grow technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into customer business impact and value
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) at an intermediate or higher level
