VP – Sr. AI/ML Model Validator - Mumbai/Bangalore

• Manage a portfolio of Generative AI and NLP models
• Evaluate both technical and functional aspects of Generative AI and NLP models
• Conduct in-depth reviews of model development documentation
• Prepare comprehensive validation reports
• Present validation findings and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Generative AI solutions

• Over-all industry experience of at least 6+ years
• 4+ years of which should be specific experience in AI/ML model development, validation, or implementation
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models
• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Deep understanding of model risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
